Because when a projectile is incline in upward direction with velocity when projectile reaches at its peak height then for a while before start decline its velocity becomes zero, so by becoming zero velocity its acceleration is also zero at its peak. (Because Acceleration is rate of change of velocity).

So momentum of 1^st object

= mv

Now we calculate momentum of 2^nd object

= mv

      = 2 x 1

      = 2 N.sec
